How The Night Runs

DOORS

The room fills up

The DJ opens the night while the room fills — straight 80s, no dead air. By the time the band walks on, the floor is already moving.

SET ONE

The hour that gets everyone up

Journey, Simple Minds, Whitney, Queen. Three lead vocalists trading songs, full production lighting and lasers, and a dance floor that fills in the first three songs.

THE BREAK

The floor never empties

The DJ picks it straight back up between sets. Get a drink, catch your breath, keep dancing — the momentum stays in the room.

SET TWO

Big hair, big choruses

Tina Turner, Bon Jovi, Bonnie Tyler, A-ha. The back half is built from the songs a whole room can sing without being asked, all the way to the encore.

Booking Danger80s

For venues, clubs and event organisers.

Full production, self-contained

Professional PA, lighting rig and lasers travel with the show. We arrive, load in and set up.

A three-hour ticketed night

Not a covers set on a Friday — a full-length show people buy a ticket to see, so they arrive early and stay.

We promote and we ticket it

Our own campaign, our own mailing list, our own social reach. The venue gets a full room and a busy bar.

A crowd who spend

The 80s were forty years ago — this audience is in its 40s to 70s. They eat, they drink, and they stay all night.
